The data centre that funds the future
The economic backbone of the whole campus. Commercial compute and storage services generate steady revenue that funds research, education, startups and further growth. The engine that drives the entire organism.
The technological revolution under way is without precedent. Artificial intelligence is changing how we work, do business and live. Robotics multiplies its impact — humanoid robots will gradually take over an ever-larger share of both routine and skilled work.
AI provides the intelligence; the robot carries it out in the physical world. In the near future practically every company and household will rely on these systems.
This shift creates the need for new digital infrastructure and a new financial environment — one of its pillars is blockchain, a decentralised network proven by millions of users.
CZECH AI LABS is our answer to this new era. We are building a campus that brings research, education, computing power, robotics, data centres, servicing and commercial services together under one roof.
CZECH AI LABS is not a set of separate buildings or an ordinary technology park. It is a connected ecosystem in which every part supports the growth of the others.
Its foundation is computing and data infrastructure that creates economic stability and funds research, development and new startups. The academy trains talent who become part of the ecosystem and push it further.
“This is not buildings standing side by side. It is a single organism — one machine in which every part creates value for all the others.”
CZECH AI LABS is taking shape in an established industrial zone on the border of the Olomouc and Pardubice regions. The location is no accident — it combines a strategic position, an industrial base, energy infrastructure and access to skilled people.
The site sits on the D35 — the northern alternative to the congested D1 — with fast links to Prague, Olomouc and Ostrava. The town lies on the Europe-connected Prague–Olomouc–Ostrava corridor.
The region offers a skilled workforce and know-how in electrical engineering, automation and industrial manufacturing — foundations the campus can build its growth on.
Modern data centres and robotic systems require stable, generously sized power supply. The location offers access to robust infrastructure and room to scale.
Just a few dozen minutes from the campus lies one of the region's largest university centres and a major teaching hospital. It opens room for collaboration in AI, robotics and medical technology — and access to talented students, researchers and physicians.
Direct access to transport infrastructure, an existing hall and ample space for the phased construction of pavilions — from the first operations to a fully functioning ecosystem.
The economic backbone of the whole campus. Commercial compute and storage services generate steady revenue that funds research, education, startups and further growth. The engine that drives the entire organism.
The computing heart of CZECH AI LABS. Top-tier power for artificial intelligence, scientific research and development — for universities, research teams, startups and companies.
A centre for building, training and running autonomous AI agents — systems able to analyse data, make decisions and carry out complex processes on their own. Where compute becomes real intelligence.
Everything in one place — from company formation and a registered address through accounting, tax and legal advice to banking and financial services. Companies focus on the product; the campus ecosystem handles operations.
Humanoid and service robots will become a routine part of companies, industry and homes. The pavilion connects sales, servicing, financing, education and technical support — the gateway through which robotics enters the Czech market.
The place where CZECH AI LABS opens to the public. An interactive exhibition of humanoid robots, a modern auditorium and conference facilities, a café, a restaurant and accommodation. In the spirit of the world's best science centres, technology becomes an experience.
Students don't just learn to understand artificial intelligence — they learn to design, implement and manage it. Teaching is led by professionals from the field. The most gifted join the League of Exceptionals programme, which nurtures future founders and researchers.
The leading hub for artificial intelligence and robotics in the Czech Republic.
