Building 21DC
A data and analytics centre in an existing hall in Mohelnice. Headquarters of Czech AI Labs and the first step of the whole campus, funded from own equity.
Bringing data home
Companies get their own AI models, operated right here in Mohelnice. Their data stays in Europe, never goes to overseas clouds, and nobody else can access it.
Teaching robots and people
We adapt factory robots for specific professions: water rescue, mountain rescue, firefighting. We train them for manufacturing, logistics and homes. And on the same robots we teach students and reskill adults.
Founding the companies of the future
Company formation in one place, a business accelerator, computing power and first customers from industry. Ideas become companies that stay in the region.
Transforming Mohelnice
Jobs that give young people a reason to stay, and give new families a reason to move here. And a safer town: drones for rescue services, assistive robotics and emergency-service training.

Why Mohelnice
D35 motorway and rail corridor
Olomouc 25 minutes, Brno one hour. The town lies on the Prague–Olomouc–Ostrava rail corridor.
Siemens and Hella in town
Dozens of manufacturers within 50 km and skilled people in electrical engineering and automation.
Strong interest in technology
The local electrical engineering and IT school admitted 101 students out of 223 applicants for 2025/26.
Hall and permitted land
